In order to get the most benefit from your Cellulitebike program, here are a few steps you can take. While not necessities, these items are believed to aid in the reduction of cellulite.
1. Reduce your carbonated drink intake
2. Get regular exercise3. Avoid alcohol and smoking
4. Drink an adequate amount of water (it takes 22 oz. of water to metabolize 1 oz. of fat)
5. Eat sensibly, preferably whole, fresh foods; avoid processed, fast foods, fats and sugar
6. We recommend drinking 1 oz. of water per minute during the sessions.
We also recommend drinking another 30 oz. of water during the first 2 hours after the session.
7. Be sure to take adequate nutritional supplementation
The above steps will help to improve the overall health of the human body, which in turn tends to make the program more effective and the results last longer.
Ignoring the factors that created the situation in the first place will not make them go away. We recommend 15 sessions and eating a sensible diet.
